We’re excited to announce some amazing new features that make measuring trees easier, more accurate, and more enjoyable than ever before.

  1. Precision You Can Trust:
We’ve completely overhauled our height calculation algorithms to deliver even more accurate measurements. You’ll be amazed at how precise your readings are now!

  2. Save Tree Locations:
Keep track of where each tree is located. With GPS integration, you can save the exact spot of each measurement. Remember to check the GPS accuracy in the lower right corner of the screen before marking the tree.

  3. Measure Width and Crown Height:
Go beyond height! Now, with just a few taps, you can measure both the width and crown height of any tree. Perfect for comprehensive tree studies.

  4. Export Your Data:
Need to analyze your measurements further? Export them as a CSV file and easily integrate your data with Excel, Arcmap, QGIS, and more!

  5. Capture and Save Tree Images:
Automatically snap a photo each time you measure a tree’s height. This feature ensures you’ll always remember what your trees look like. Enable or disable this feature in settings.

  6. Sleek New Design and Tutorials:
We’ve given the app a fresh, modern look and replaced our old tutorials with easy-to-follow video guides to help you get started.
