Delete account — Arboreal Forest

This page describes how to delete your account and associated data in the Arboreal Forest app (called Arboreal Skog in Sweden), developed by Arboreal AB (developer name on Google Play: Arboreal).

Delete in the app

You can delete your account directly in the app. Your account and associated data are then removed.

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email:

1. Send an email to support@arboreal.se.
2. Use the subject line: Delete Arboreal Forest account.
3. Include the email address linked to your account.
4. We confirm the request and delete the account and associated data.

What is deleted

• Account data (email address, name and password)
• Tree and plot measurements, with coordinates, times and notes
• Images of the trees
• API keys you have created

What may remain

• Measurements already shared with your company remain with the company, which is responsible for them.
• Data we are required by law to keep, for example for bookkeeping, is kept for as long as the law requires.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. You cancel it in your account settings in the App Store or Google Play.

Processing time

We complete a request made by email within 30 days. If we need to verify that the account is yours, we will reply to your email.
